Now, create an exercise plan for yourself that reflects your current health status and personal fitness goals. Be sure to explain how your exercise plan reflects total fitness. Support your exercise prescription and the expected health benefits by discussing properly cited information from at least two peer- reviewed articles.

Conclude your paper with a short summary of why fitness is important to health and how attaining the goals you have set will be beneficial to your personal health and wellness. Be sure to include specific examples from the course readings to support your points and to cite in the proper APA style. You must discuss cited information from two peer-reviewed articles found in the Library to support and validate the ideas and information shared in your paper.
