INSTRUCTION: Develop a strategic plan for a small company within your country. This is to be presented to a group of potential investors. The strategic plan must include the following:

1. SWOT: – a summarized view of the company’s current position, giving the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

 

1. Competitive advantage: Stating what the company is best at compared to the competition.

 

1. Strategies: The general methods the company intends to use to reach its vision.

  Visual aids are well prepared, informative, effective, and not distracting. 5  
  Length of presentation is within the assigned time limits. 30 minutes per group. 5
